2. Product Information and Orders

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Zinepe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

3. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing schedules, and shipping destination. Zinepe is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your office desk, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product

5. Warranties and Liability

Zinepe warrants that our office desks are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinepe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
